1. Open the App list on your phone or tablet and tap Settings.
2. Then tap Email + accounts > Add an account
3. Tap Exchange (or tap Outlook if you're using Windows 7/7.5) to choose your account type.
4. Enter your full email address
5. Then add the password you use to sign into your email and tap Sign in.
6. If two-step verification is set up for this account, you might be asked to verify your identity before you can continue.
7. You're done setting up email on your mobile device! Syncing emails and calendar may take a few minutes.
